Day 1 Nairobi - Tree Hotel
Leave Nairobi to reach
the small town of Nyeri for lunch. After lunch drive through the
forested area to the Tree Hotel of choice (Ark and Treetop). For those
going to the mountain lodge will reach in time for lunch and spend the
night, comfortably watching forest game as it comes to drink and lick
salt at the floodlit waterhole below. Dinner and overnight at a Tree
Hotel.
Day 2 Tree Hotel - Lake
Nakuru - (Lake Naivasha)
In the morning cross
the tip of the Abardare Mountains stopping briefly to admire the
Thompson's Falls, named after the Scots explorer. Continue to Lake
Nakuru for lunch and an afternoon visit to Nakuru National Park, where
the sight of a million flamingos will never be forgotten. Overnight in a
camp or lodge in the park or proceed to Naivasha where the night is
spent at a lake hotel. Dinner & Overnight at a
lodge in Lake Nakuru or Naivasha.
Day 3 Lake Naivasha -
Maasai Mara
There is time after
breakfast to savor the beauty and tranquility of the lake before
departing for the Maasai Mara which is reached by lunchtime. An
afternoon game drive. Dinner & Overnight at a lodge or camp in or near
the reserve.
Day 4 Maasai Mara
A full day game viewing
and exploration of this Kenya's finest reserve. More than 60 species of
wildlife are found here as well as a multitude of birds.
Day 5 Maasai Mara – Nairobi
After breakfast return
to Nairobi which is reached by lunchtime.
